However, undeterred by this setback, Pickles returned to winning ways, securing a victory over Justin Menzie on points, further exemplifying his resilience and determination in the ring.

Back in action at Sheffield’s FightZone Arena—on the undercard to Keanen Wainwright’s Commonwealth Silver Lightweight Title defence against unbeaten Essex fighter Louis Horn—Billy says he hopes for more title opportunities this year, including a rematch with the only man to beat him. Pickles is keen to climb the ranks again and views this fight as a stepping stone towards his goal.
